THE CASSIE DESIGN

the vision

Using the current design of the Russian Burlak, Cassie searches for a more modern, minimal, futurists, and sustainable appearance and user experience. Centering the comfort of its users, Cassie thinks about light, form, and function. The vehicle's design process was more architecture than automotive design and that is reflected in each step and facet of the final product.

FRONT

Front_Final.png

Designed to let in more light, have a more modern appearance, and create a more sustainable living experience for the passengers, the front window spreads the width of the front with solar panels lining the bottom of the vehicle.

back

Back_Final.png

The back of the vehicle is intentionally simple, emphasizing the back door, flanking solar panels, and lights with tire hexagonal tire guards at the bottom.

SIDE

Side_Left_Final.png

Again, the side is minimalistic and modern, a long window to enhance the experience in the back of the vehicle and a simplistic door and ladder as functional beautiful design.

top

Top_Final_edited.png

With a large top hatch, solar panel, and skylight for the drivers, the top maintains the minimalist feel but is very conscious of the functionality of the vehicle and the experience of those within it.

interior

Compared to traditional arctic vehicles, such as the Burlak, the Cassie interior emphasizes openness, light, and comfort while remaining functional.
